One panel interview and one 2:1 chat with company principals. The panel included most of the team members I would be working with and was fairly casual; I also took a video walkthrough of the office space.

It was over zoom and one person was interviewing me. The interview was not too formal, more on the relaxed side. It felt more like a conversation. The interview took about 30 minutes.

Interview
I had an initial screening interview followed by full day where I prepared a project plan and facilitated a brainstorm session and had group interview and interview with the principles. I thought things had gone well for such a long day. But I didn't hear back for months. The company was very personable and I enjoyed everyone I spoke with. I was more frustrated to have very little communication or follow up after making it to what felt like the final round of interviews.
