I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thornton Tomasetti (Denver, CO) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very unprofessional...I wouldn't waste my time with this company. I had a 45 minute conference call interview that went (from my perspective) very positive. I was assured at the end of the interview that they would let me know one way or the other. I waited several days and no response. After a week I called to follow up. I was told the interviewer was on another line and would call me right back. I never received a call back. tried to email, no response. Nothing!!
If this is the way they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their current employees.
The interview was pretty simple, easy and smooth going. They asked basic questions about goals, career progression and experiences that you would want to have as an engineer and contributions to the team.

Interview
We just chat with each other and talk about my work experience. I like the interview. However, they let me wait a long time after the interview. I don't like this part.

Interview
The interview was easy and quick. Typical questions asked. Very friendly and good at explaining position and company. Met them in their office and got to speak to two of the main bosses.
