Informal interview.It was more like a chat discussing skills to date, employment history, aspirations etc I was also a trainee at this stage, so some time was spent discussing my future plans in relation to becoming qualified.

As I was a trainee accountant at this stage, they asked how i was planning my future exams etc, and how i would deal with any exams failed etc
