apply on line and doing some research about the school and district and their chinese programs. They call me and said want to interview me. The first interview had 3 interviewers, they asked lots of questions about classroom management, curriculum building, technologies in the classroom. Then is one demo lesson. Then they review the demo lesson with me together and ask the place that I can improve.
