Applied via LinkedIn, was called within a day for a 15 minute phone interview. The person who did the phone interview advanced me to a second interview with the Compensation and Benefits Manager. Following the second interview I promptly sent a thank you email to which I received no reply. I was told they would be in touch and received no follow up. Emailed the Compensation and Benefits manager again after a week of no word, and she again did not reply. The lack of communication in this process was extremely frustrating and honestly disrespectful of candidates time. I had to email the initial recruiter that reached out and play email tag to find out that the position was given to someone else. It’s clear that their process needs revisited and evaluated.
