The interview process was thorough and followed a naturally progressing path beginning with a phone interview with the HR recruiter, followed by an in person interview with the vice president of HR and the HR recruiter, a short basic property management skills test, contacting my references, and culminating at the main office with an in person interview with the President and Vice President of the company. During the interview process, the HR recruiter and team were very responsive to my questions and always gave me very clear instructions on what was next. Although conducting several interviews can be challenging, I felt very welcomed by everyone involved. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks.
