The interview process was extremely quick and smooth. A week or so after applying, I was phoned by a HR representative who explained more about the role and asked about my salary expectations. A couple of weeks later, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the Operations Manager and a Senior Compliance Associate. Both were extremely courteous and went into further detail about the role and the company. The questions mainly revolved around my interest in compliance / financial crime, why I wanted to get into consulting, my experience in managing risk and persuading others and what I knew about the company. Overall, my experience of the Thistle Initiatives recruitment process was overwhelmingly positive.
