Asked random questions about who I liked in the music industry.............. Are any of them from our roster, etc. Some of the most useless information for getting to know someone.............

Casual, friendly, easy. They are looking for personable, interested, hardworking candidates who are interested in music. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. The conversation flowed well. I wasn't intimidated at all during the process. It was a phone interview, although they do prefer in-person interviews, usually. I was not in the Nashville area, so this wasn't possible at the time.
