I applied through other source. I interviewed at Thirdfort (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
5 stages, including the first stage screening with the recruiter.
The stages consisted of a screening call with the inhouse recruiter, hiring manager interview, C-suite interview, presentation and culture interview
Long 4-5 step process online and in person that did repeat itself along with repeated questions. Met different people in the team which was nice but the whole process is just a bit dragged out. Understandable from their end to ensure they’re finding the right person but not everyone can have 4-5 days off work for a role they may not be offered.

Question 1
Situational questions based off their values. Scenario questions and some role play.
I interviewed at Thirdfort (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
1st round interview with an in-house recruiter - lasted 30 mins. Completely disingenuous recruiter - literally said in the interview "your experience is exactly what we're looking for", that they would speak to the hiring manager and expect to get back to me the next day to schedule a 2nd round interview. I then got a generic rejection email the next day that said they wouldn't be progressing with my application as another candidate's experience aligned better with the role. A week or two later...role gets reposted and personally promoted by a team member. Somewhat ironic but largely just disappointing that a supposedly anti-fraud company has this lack of ethics in the hiring process.
