Contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn who was very helpful and basically walked me through every stage of the interview process. * I would first like to say that on two occasions I had a phone interview set up and I was waiting for about 30 + minutes and was left hanging until my outside recruiter finally got through to them and postponed the interview because 'something came up' - very unprofessional. * First was a 30/40 minute phone call with an internal recruiter, talking about myself, what I knew about the company and the role, competency questions. Quite easy and it is obvious what the recruiter wants you to say. Second was a video interview about a week later going over a few more competency questions, quite repetitive. This only lasted about 15/20 minutes. Thirdly, there is a 'Super Day' interview in the London offices. This lasts about 1h30. It was a quick office tour and then I was interviewed by two 'senior' analysts, they basically went over more of the same competency questions and then we did a value chain analysis exercise. This wasn't too hard, mainly just using logical/analytical skills that apparently aren't even relevant to the job itself. At the end I got to ask them a few questions. Finally, a few days later I had a quick phone call with a French-speaking analyst to have a quick chat in French and confirm my fluency. This took about 10 minutes. Overall the experience was good, quick and easy. I was tempted by the high salary for a first graduate job and the other job benefits (+ enticed by the 'Analyst' title), but eventually decided to turn down the offer.
