I interviewed as the company was just establishing itself in the US (and as the wider expert-network scandals were hitting the media). The process took a bit longer than I would've liked for these reasons, and included a phone screen and two in-person meetings. Currently, the process is very refined and candidates typically hear back in 1-3 weeks.

Less than 30 mins, standard questions, 3 more rounds of interviews, interviewer was emotionless but nice. Got back to me in a week after I applied. First interview is with manager, second is with hiring manager, not sure about third and fourth.

Interviewer has really has good interview skills, both professional and welcoming, helping me feel less nervous, showing respect for the candidate. The questions are quite standard, after the interview, the interviewer will schedule a date to return the results within 2-3 working days and clearly explain the next steps.
