I had an excellent experience with the Third Bridge interview process. Every stage was explained very clearly and before each interview, a member of the talent acquisition team called me to walk me through what to expect and even did a short mock interview, which made me feel very prepared and confident. The first interview was a quick screening call with behavioural questions. The second interview was more competency-based, with a mix of behavioural questions answered using the STAR method. They asked me why I wanted to join Third Bridge, why I wanted this role and where I see myself in 20 years. The next stage was a case interview, and the interviewer did a great job making me feel at ease. Make sure you talk through your thinking out loud, they really like that! The final stage interview felt more like a conversation (it only lasted about 20 minutes).
