Interview
Consisted of three rounds of interviews. The first was a Teams call with a recruitment agent, with experience-based questions. The second was in-person, and involved behavioural questions and a job simulation task. I didn't make it beyond this stage.
I felt that the behavioural questions called for incredibly specific examples (which was particularly challenging as a graduate with limited office-based experience), and I could instantly sense that my interviewers were not satisfied with the answers I was giving them. I found the job simulation interesting and a good opportunity to showcase my skills, but it was unfortunate that this section of the interview seemed to be outweighed by the first (which was incredibly similar to the call I had already had with the company's recruitment agent).

Had an initial first round interview with Michael Greenwood. He took the time to clearly explain the structure of the Associate role and how it fits into Third Bridge’s wider mission, which gave me a much clearer understanding of the responsibilities and longer-term career progression.
He answered all of my questions genuinely and gave me a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed in the role. It was especially helpful to hear how the business supports early career development and recognises high performance. Very enjoyable interview!
