They will first go with the aptitude and the technical process . Then after selecting the employees from there they will go with group discussion. Then will get a call for selected candidates and then there a 45 days unpaid training in which there be a weekly assessment as well as the elimination also . In weekly assessment there is a daily task provided tom everyone . After completion of 45 days there will be a Technical round and then selection . this whole process goes with there thinkschool program . this process is for freshers.
