They first asked general questions about yourself such as your experience, your strengths and weaknesses and then move onto more specific questions about experience with children and different scenarios that would possibly happen.

It was an online interview. You get maybe a minute or two to prepare for the interview question, and then you are prompted to video record your answer. You get three tries with each question in case you make a mistake in your recording.

Fairly easy process. If you have a Bachelor's degree of some kind you can skip an assessment. There is a video recorded interview asking about how you handle students and why you want to be a tutor.
