Thermo Fisher Scientific Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering interview questions

Applied online, phone interview with a recruiter 3 weeks later, had a video interview with the hiring manager the following week, and then had an on-site interview with 3 people the following week. The process took about a month and a half from when I applied to when they reached a decision. Mostly interpersonal/behaviorial questions. Felt relatively easy and felt like I nailed the interview only to be met with a "we were impressed by your qualifications and how you presented them but we went with a different direction."
