There are three rounds for the interview. First have a phone interview with HR, and the. have interview with hiring manager. The last round will interview with the department leader.

HR phoned me to check my background. Then an interview via Teams meeting was arranged. There were 2 interviewers, asked a number job-related questions such as experience in running projects. The interview took around 45 min.

Interview
I was first contacted by HR by phone to discuss my application. They then set up an interview with a Supply Chain Manager a week later. This interview went well, so they set up another interview with the Supply Chain Director. After that, I received an offer, but the salary they offered was too low so I refused it.
