Interview
First screening interview with Talent acquisition personnel for 15-20 minutes and then an official interview with 2 Line managers at the same time for 1 hour. Afterwards, you will receive the feedback and result from the talent acquisition personnel.

What is the biggest challenges that you have experienced at work and how did you manage?
Intital phone screening with recruiter - basic questions. Was informed there would be one more interview with LM and their manager within a week, however have been ghosted for a whole month and still no response. Disappointing is an understatement.

What is your experience as CRA - phases, TA? Salary expectations etc.
The interview encompassed past experiences at previous companies, what I'm current looking for in my new job, technical questions about previous job experiences, and behavioral questions as well. Overall, the interviews were all-encompassing.
