Internal recruiter contacted me via Linkedin, zoom interview with hiring manager, moved on to 30 minute rapid fire interview with 4 people individually over the course of 2 hours remotely. Behavioral based questions that each interviewer seemed required to ask. Their internal recruiter never responded to my post interview follow up email. When you have someone take off work and prep for multiple interviews, it should be common courtesy to inform them the position was filled or whatever the case may be. It left a very sour taste in my mouth for the company. I know this "ghosting" happens after interviews but I find it to be unprofessional and disrespectful.
