I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2015
Interview
It was a short, 30 min phone interview that was behavioral based. They asked fairly standard questions that were on this site. It was on the phone, not Skype, but still was easy communication in terms of connecting with the interviewer. My interviewer was directly my manager so it worked out well. I also applied to one position and they set me up with interview to two others.

Interview
The interview process is very interpersonal, the interviewers are looking to see what type of person you are versus your qualifications. Of course the requirements will be a part of conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Cranbury, NJ) in Jan 2024
Interview
Brief interview over the phone and then the video call two weeks after. The process was not too bad, but the interview questions were very technical. The questions were mostly from resume and their required techniques on the job description.
