Overall, I was very impressed with the Thermo Fisher Scientific interview process. As a recent college grad, I had been interviewing with a number of companies - Thermo Fisher really stood out in my opinion. It was a 5 hour interview process with supervisors and managers all over cross-functional departments. It was a great chance to meet everyone and not only have a chance to answer their questions, but to ask them questions as well.
