Initially had a phone call with the supervisor at the customer site, then met supervisor and site lead at customer site, then one more in person interview at customer site(all preCOVID) before they offer the job. Emphasize work you have done such as inventory management that could be relevant to your new position.

Internal Job Interview-very informal and conversational. Only spoke with the hiring manager. Heard back with an offer after 2-3 days. Had already met the hiring manager before which made it easier.
