I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied online. Was sent a questionnaire by the recruiter to fill out via email to review skills. Thereafter, was invited for an in-person final round at their HQ in Waltham. The final round was a series of quick 30 minute interviews back-to-back with a bunch of team members including the hiring manager as well as a couple of directors. Overall everyone was nice and personable. The only negative is that I never received even a generic auto-generated rejection email, much less feedback call. The hiring manager told me that they wanted to fill the position quickly, so I didn't bother reaching out just to hear the inevitable either.
Thank you for your interest in Thermo Fisher and taking the time to share your experience. We are happy to hear the team was personable and helpful during the interview process. Communicating openly with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process is something we are always striving to improve upon.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Carlsbad, CA)
Interview
2 month process including 2 re-schedules, 2 "final" interviews, and 0 feedback at the end:
-1x1 phone w/Internal Recruiter
-1x1 video w/Hiring Manager
-2x1 video w/Team Leads
-1x1 "final" video w/Director
-1x1 "final" video w/Sr. Leadership
Awful interview and the last person didn't even show up. Avoid this company at all costs. They asked dumb questions like what would you do if your boss gave you an impossible task?
4 rounds of the 30 minutes interview takes about 1.5 month since I applied, but the interview questions were very similar. you will need to stay connected with the recruiter to find out your status
