Took awhile to hear back from the recruiter. Spontaneously got a call to schedule phone interview. Easy questions - mainly to gauge fit with company and background. After interview had radio silence for a few weeks, and spontaneous got a call saying I got the job. Long onboarding process, but nothing too crazy/

Interview
Very friendly, they didn't make me nervous at all. A different approach to interview compare to others as they asked me to introduced myself and my experiences then ask questions depending on what i said.
