Initial screening interview with HR. The interview was not very difficult; it was quick, and the interviewer didn't seem very interested. They asked only 3 questions without any follow ups. I was told I would be provided with an update on whether I would advance by the following week. After not hearing anything the following week, I followed up with HR, and they ghosted me. It would have been nice to at least get an automated message telling me my status.
