Interview
The first interview was very simple. It was more of an informational discussion if anything to tell me more about the role and the training process as the advertisement was slightly misleading. Then just went through my cv to make sure everything was correct and salary expectations
They were very straight and to the point. They did not make me meet with multiple people that I would not be working with on a day to day basis. I appreciated that they did not make me sit through hours of interviews with people much higher up than me.

They asked me mostly about organizational skills and the ability to time manager.

Interview
Took 1 month, since I applied and sent my CV, HR contacted me and scheduled the interview. HR was very polite, their process is organized. The interview was online. One of the lab managers was super polite, straight forward and the other didn’t even turn on the camera.
