Thermo Fisher Scientific Indirect Purchasing Director interview questions

Initial phone screen was with the Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This was extremely basic. The second phone interview with HR Business Partner, for the Vice President who was the hiring manager. She was very well-versed about the business and up front with changes in structure and staff that had taken place recently. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview, but I decided not to continue with the process.
