Thermo Fisher Scientific Full Stack Engineer interview questions

Phone screen and then Techincal interview ( in the interview was 2 person) , the first was from Budapest And other was from USA , in the middle of the interview they Indian guy form USA slept i was just in shock , the Hungarian guy asked questions that not even close to JD , they do not know what is mean Agile method while they mentioned this method in the JD they do not have any tracking ticket for them system , they do not have any code review , like this big company with very good reputation in the Hungarian market really they need people more professional toange this . They do not know what is scrum master and product owner i was really in shock , they were just to spend time maybe and waste the other time , I'm working with full stack engineer for more than 5 years and I hold PhD in computer science i supported more than 10 countries for very hight appreciation from the client , the interview was more than 1 hour all questions was totally not related to the JD
