She seemed to expect that I should know every detail about how things work specifically at TheratraQ, rather than allowing me to share relevant insights from my previous experience — which is, after all, how professionals typically demonstrate transferable knowledge and learning. Unfortunately, the call was ended abruptly without any proper closure, which I found unprofessional and disappointing. I am genuinely disheartened by this kind of conduct, especially from someone in such a senior position.
