They require skills of several positions to be in one person. They want the video designer to be a director, art director, script writer, storyboard artist, creative director, costume designer, set designer, cameraman, cinematographer, sound recordist, producer, editor, colorist, sound designer, post producer, motion designer…etc probably never ending list of so many roles in one role, and they’re not even paying much for this role, and hiring one person instead of a full team.
