Management talks to you about the mission and goals. Focus is on customer service. Also, neatness and grooming matter and you must keep the issued uniform clean. You are given polo shirts to wear or a T-shirt with company logo.

Interview
Very easy. The mangers make you feel right at home when you're in the interview so that you do not feel nervous. Again, very easy interview. You will be perfectly fine during the interview process.
