Interview
1: fill out the online y website
2: set a schedule for personal interview ask u abt ur resume and what do u know abt ymca
3: two songs demo to supervisor and one of he current zumba instructor tp c if you can teach a class
4: fill out the last online process
The interview process was easy. I just came in and talked with the director and asked me my availability. I didn't have to audition which I was surprised about. I guess they heard great things about me maybe that's why.
