Alos was required to attend a 2 hour inservice once a week.

Interview
A director will contact you to schedule an interview, and then you will meet with them in person. My interview was held in the director's office but has shifted to in-person. I would say to dress fairly casually but still look nice. No athleisure, but jeans and a nice top would be good. The interview will take around 20 minutes and are pretty generic questions to get to know you and your work style.
