I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX)
Interview
lots of paperwork that can be done online, you need current certs & CPR/first aid certs. Even though the paperwork is online, still print a copy because they want it also. Be prepared to meet other instructors, and Director, as well as Business office Director. Be familiar with who the Exec Director is. This is the person who is in charge of that Y location. Lots of energy helps.

Got a response very quickly. Was instructed to complete an online interview by recording answers to question. It took about 20 minutes and was able to re record answers as many times as I needed. After a few days they followed up with further questions.
I do not recall much about the interview process and questions. I do remember that the experience was pleasant and welcoming. Not much more to say about the process at this point.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
It didn't take too long to get the interview set up. The interview process was easy, informal, and short. I was given a tour of the facility. I was interviewed during a tour, standing in the hallway. I don't think we sat down at any time. I believe I asked more questions.
