      Interview

      They asked me to highlight some key areas on my resume. Also asked if i had experience with kids. Excellent leadership from management and good communication, Management welcomes feedback and works hard to make positive things happen. Clean facility that closes once a year to clean and maintain the building and equipment. Members needs are challenging (in a good way) because they are from so many different backgrounds All required training such as CPR, First Aid and CEU courses are paid for as well as your hours taking the courses.

      As long as you some experience with children and your positive and enthusiastic, you will likely get the job. My boss was very sweet and easy to talk to, which anyone working with children should be. If the boss isn't, you probably shouldnt take the job.
