Very challenging. After two phone interviews I was flown from Omaha to Minneapolis and into Madison, and then driven to Beloit for the interview process. I was interviewed by four members of the board of directors for about 30 minutes, spent 30 minutes with the CEO and wrapped up the process with an interview with two full time staff members for about 20-30 minutes. Following the interview I was driven around to the 3 facilities associated with the YMCA, while having one on one time with my potential supervisor.
