I applied online, was emailed, and had a pretty simple phone interview. Then I had a more in-depth video interview. Mostly just questions about how you handle kids, etc. It was pretty basic.

What is one strategy you have used when trying to help an upset child?
It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
Group interview zoom call. Various ping pong style questions. Pretty straight forward asked about how you would fit and what made you stand out. The call was about 15-20 minutes.
Met up with manager in office, got asked a few standard questions, before getting shown around the place. Very standard and simple for any teen looking for a part time job
