It was a one on one interview in an office with several behavioral questions and what wold you do in certain case senarios. They also included questions on what would you do if a kid does or reacts a certain way since it was a childcare position.

I had a phone pre interview phone call with a lovely woman. It turned out that the hours did not fit into my schedule. If this change in the future I will currently reach out for an interview.
first begin in a group interview and then moved onto department specific one-on-one interviews. from their you were offered a job in specific department. you were not always interviewed by your top choice.
