Interview
Walked in to meet with the Health and Wellness Director. He chatted with me as we walked through the facility. Asked me if I wanted the job. I was shocked at how forward my new boss was. I really wanted the job and was excited about starting. Everyone was extremely friendly throughout the entire process.

Interview
The interview was fairly informal. He didn't ask typical interview questions. He asked about my education and showed me around the facility. Overall it was an easy interview and I got the job on the spot.
