I applied online, they responded within a week. The interview is mostly behavioral stuff, asking how you would handle certain customer service situations (upset customer, things like that). However for the first question they asked me what I knew about the YMCA (their mission, their status as a non profit) and why I wanted to work there. You are required to do a background check and drug screen afterward.

Interview
It was a simple 30 minute interview talking about myself and how I would contribute as a customer service representative. Also talked about past experiences for customer service. Talked to both the manager and the boss.
Online, 4 interviews, behavioural questions like what is your strength and weakness, have you had conflict with other colleagues and how did you handle it, if you had super power what would you like it to be
