I sent an email with my resume to the locations I wanted to work at. About a month later I got an email back saying I was selected for a group interview. I was the only one who showed up! I had to draw a superhero and answer some what would you do scenarios on paper then the director asked me a few questions.

The interview was virtual, making it easier for me as a college student, as I was not in the same area as where the job was located. It was either on Zoom or Google Meet.

How would you handle two campers getting into an argument?
Simple, straightforward. Looking to hire anyone eager to work. Professionalism will set you apart but expectations are already low so there is no need to go crazy. Typical part time day camp process.

Pretty Simple. It felt more like a meeting to see how you are as a person. I believe that as long as they know that you know the best course of action when working with kids, you could be a good fit.
