very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.

Interview
My interviewer asked behavioral questions and wanted to know me better and how I would handle certain situations. I was a bit slow to answer some questions, but she was very nice and gave me enough time to answer the questions. There was a swimming assessment afterwards when I did my interview, but I don't know if they still do that or not.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
