I did not make it past the first round of interviews. There were two women, who wouldn't even have been on my team, and they asked very standard straightforward questions but left no room for casual or natural conversation. Felt very judged for everything that I said, even though this was a junior position. They did not deviate from a pre-written script which made the interview very awkward and somewhat intimidating as most other interviews I've had lately have been more organic in nature.
I’m sorry you didn’t make it to the next round. Asking the same questions in the initial meeting helps us compare candidates equally, whatever their background (or the gender of the person interviewing them). The questions are the same – but the answers never are. We always try to bring the best out of candidates and give them a chance to shine. Good luck with your job search.

Interview
The interview had an initial screening call followed by a group call to present an example assignment. The interview was about 30-60 min each. The main interviewer was very kind and helpful during the process. I found the group call to be more challenging as one of the participants was quite rude and standoffish.
