An initial interview with HR (Zoom) and then a second interview with a Senior Producer (Zoom) before being brought in for a group interview (met with three teams [1-2 people] separately, including production, brand, and creative) and then a final round with the MD. Thoughtful questions and a friendly team. More conversational and relaxed, so I didn't feel like I was being grilled. I ultimately declined due to another offer that was a better fit, but it overall was a good experience.
