The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation Program Associate, Environment interview questions

Only made it to screening, which was with the lead consultant. Questions were more in depth than I expected for a screening. Also asked normal questions about relevant experience and professional history. Recruiter said she would reach out regardless of if I was advancing the following Monday, she did not follow up for 2 weeks.
