The interview process spanned across two month period. I made it to the second round Zoom interviews and never heard from them again. The first step was a 30 minute phone screening with the HR rep- fairly straightforward resume based questions. The second step was an hour long Zoom call with two Education team staff members who were the supervisors for the position- a lot of situational questions and how experience relates to the position. The third round consisted of two separate hour long Zoom meetings with the entire education team, an attorney, and finance team. The questions varied by the teams- a mix of situational/hypothetical questions and how I envisioned assisting the team with their projects. A big red flag was that the two panel interviews placed a big emphasis on how to deal with team conflict, communication issues, and personality clashes. It seems like the current team has a lot of interpersonal conflicts and conflict management is a priority due to toxic workplace culture. I didn't hear back from the team after the panel interview but apparently there was a third round with the senior management.
