Very Informal. I could tell they were looking to fill roles immediately. They went over my resume, asked a couple questions. and I started training a couple days later. I'm gonna say I can see why they were trying to fill these roles immediately.

RUN from this place. Most unprofessional interview process ever. Their sales consultant calls you on the phone and overshares way too much about her life and then the offer has the worst benefits ever and the commission structure is "confidential."

Nothing memorable. Never once felt I was asked anything that would have indicated one way or the other if I were qualified for the job.

Applied online and receive call the call within one week. Just simple interview.. review resume and confirmed! drug test and background check.Once complete drug and background test, called for signing required document. Training for 4 days and start the work.
