Interview
Asked a lot of basic questions about my work history, how many hours per week i wanted to work. Availability, any product knowledge that I had. First, had a phone interview. Second, met with the ASM/ Store Manager, then had a phone interview with the district manager.
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
