Interview
The initial interview was awesome, I clicked with the manager and we just talked and talked and could tell I was a social person who fed off of the energy that was presented. I was told I was the best interview that the manager had ever had in her past 8 years.
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.
