The Virginian Pilot interview questions

2 behavioral phone interviews, consisted of extremely basic questions about my personal interests and what I hope to get out of an internship experience. Also asked me about my college endeavors, leadership positions, activities, classes, and prior internships/projects I've had in my past that either related or garnered further interest in the marketing/ad/media sales world

Lengthy "targeted selection" interview with several staff reporters and editors. Took full day of interviews and writing/style tests. "Give me a situation where X happened and how did you solve it" or "Describe a time when X happened and what steps did you take to solve it" or "How do you deal with edits, etc,etc
